Our Story
Volunteer Dave Keilholtz and others working on a "Castaway Kids"
house. The house measures 12 feet by 16 feet, and due to all-volunteer
labor and Castaway Kid's close working relationships with the suppliers,
the cost of each house has been reduced to about $1700 USD. Dave
Keilholtz mentioned that the measurements for the dimensions of the
casitas may need to be reviewed to fit the size of the materials they are
using.
A little money can truly go a long way.
And we are getting 'er done .
